Career Path
1. Completed B.E (Mechanical) from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, Affiliated to Punjab University, Chandigarh in 1991 (Silver Medalist).
2. Did M. Tech (Production) from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana in 1994.
3. Did M.B.A (Finance) from New Port University, California from 1993-1995.
4. Started Carrier in Service Industry as a Chartered Engineer; Insurance Surveyor & Loss Assessor; Approved Valuers. The Parameter for valuation for Banking Industry was setup and designed during 2000-2001 by us.
5. On Inception of SARFAESI Act’02 in November 2002, formulated the Country’s first Securitization Company under the name & style of “GATS Financial Reconstructors Ltd.” in 2002. This Company is the Country’s First Securitization Company which has taken more than 1 Lac Physical Possessions and none of its action has ever been challenged in any court of Law for non-Compliance of various sections of SARFAESI Act’02.
6. Expanded into related avenues Techno Economic Valuation Reports, Due-diligence, Lenders Independent Engineers, Detailed Progress Report etc.
7. Setup GATS Urban Cooperative Society Ltd. in 2010 with a license to operate throughout the State of Punjab.
8. Setup a Law Firm under the name & style of “Vakeeljee.in” in January, 2014.
9. "Competent Person” appointed by The Director of Factories, Punjab, vide Regn. # F.A. / 27 / 88 / J - 1 / 4440 - 4463 dated 29.04.2015.
10. Initiated a concept of “GATS MONEY KENDRA” with focus on financial literacy, financial inclusion & self-employment in the state of Punjab.
11. Completed LL.B. from Shobhit University in 2018.
12. Empanelled with hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court as “ARBITRATOR” in 2016.
13. Working for IFC since, 2018 on various development projects for MSMEs in India.
14. Participating with World Bank on various projects for development of MSMEs in India.

Key Achievements
Had been instrumental in successful implementation of SARFEASI Act’02 in entire North Part of Country; thus effecting recoveries of Rs. 1000 Cr. Approx. for State Bank Group alone from 2003 to 2010.
GATS has been actively involved in revival / turn-around of sick industry and has honored to turn-around 15 such units in the recent past. The only objective behind the move is to save the national economy.
GATS has the honor to percolate the contents of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code through various platforms, train and guide pupils etc.
