GMK Owner (GMKO)GMK Owner (GMKO) is the first and the foremost part for the effective service delivery to the customers/members. The GMKO will provide all the GATS products to Customers (G2C) and Business to Customer (B2C) services to customers/members, which are required by them.
Sales and Promotion: The GMKO will be actively involved in the sales process of the products and services given to him by using all his skills and social relationship.
Feedback: It is the GMKOs responsibility to provide feedback at a regular interval to the GATS.
The GMKO will ensure, without any prejudice, to provide all services to the customers/members.
